SESSION 2: IMPROVING GLOBAL RESEARCH IMPACT WITH PERSISTENT IDENTIFIERS
Sharing and disseminating Nigerian knowledge is important for global knowledge commons; persistent identifiers (PIDs) play a key role in the scholarly communication ecosystem by enabling easy and reliable access to various types of resource outputs. This session will look at some of the available PID options and how they can be used to deliver a higher global impact for the Nigerian research and scholarly community. National PID strategy for sustainability will also be explored.
